Soundbits Refund Policy

- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the specific circumstances (e.g., proportionate to the service outage duration, correcting the billing error).
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the billing cycle. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Usage Disputes: Disputes over charges that accurately reflect your usage of the service, including charges incurred from exceeding usage limits or quotas.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade your subscription plan, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the higher plan.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any usage charges incurred before the cancellation date.

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may issue an account credit that can be applied to future usage. This may occur if the refund request is related to a minor billing error or as an alternative to a refund in other circumstances.
